Important Shipping Information

Our balsam products are shipped fully decorated. We use premium quality ribbon in our bows and water resistant ornamental berries. All balsam products are individually bagged and boxed to assure your product is fresh upon arrival. Our orders include our distinctive free gift card with your holiday message on it. FREE SHIPPING - shipping costs are included in the price.

Shipping is included in the price of our products to anywhere in the contiguous forty eight states. We ship via UPS ground service. Alaska and Hawaii will be charged extra shipping charges. Expedited 2 day and 3 day UPS Air shipping is available for an additional expense also. Please indicate in the comments section of the shopping cart if you want a shipping upgrade.

Please place your orders early so they can be processed and shipped without delay.

Daily shipping on advent wreaths and Christmas centerpieces start on Monday, Nov. 16, 2009. (PLEASE LOOK BELOW FOR ADVENT WREATH AND THANKSGIVING CENTERPIECE SHIPPING INFORMATION) 

Daily shipping on all other balsam products begins on Monday, Nov. 23, 2009. Orders placed before November 23th can request a specific ship date.   Ship Date equals the date the product leaves our facility on the UPS truck. We cannot guarantee arrival dates unless upgraded shipping is requested. Please don't count Saturdays, Sundays or holidays as transit days and time in transit does not include the day it is shipped. If you have any questions just give us a call at 800-221-3857.

Orders placed after November 23th can request a specific ship date and we will do our best to honor this but ship dates from Nov. 30th thru Dec. 4th will be shipped on a first come, first served basis. This is our busiest shipping week. Please take a look at our UPS Time in Transit map below to determine how many days you need to plan for.

We are able to process and ship most orders in 3 days or less. Our busiest shipping week is Nov. 30th thru December 4th - orders placed in this week may take 5 days to process and ship.

Orders placed on December 15th or later should check the map on this page for transit times. If the transit time is 5 to 6 days you should request upgraded shipping to ensure Christmas delivery.

Orders placed on December 18th or later should check our map for transit times. If the transit time is 4 or more days you should request upgraded shipping to ensure Christmas delivery.

If we do not feel that your order will arrive in time for Christmas when you place it we will email you to remind you to upgrade.

SPECIAL  -  VERY IMPORTANT ADVENT WREATH AND THANKSGIVING SHIPPING INFORMATION

The first Sunday of Advent is November 29th.  If  your advent wreath is going to the west coast we will need to ship it on Tuesday, Nov. 17 to assure its arrival  to celebrate the 1st Sunday of Advent. IItems to the west coast take 5 or 6 shipping days from Maine. Advent Wreaths are guaranteed to last throughout the Advent season. We don't ship on Thanksgiving day or the day after. The next ship date is Monday, Nov. 30th.

THANKSGIVING CENTERPIECE SHIPPING

We start shipping Thanksgiving centerpieces on Weds., Nov. 18 as they have to arrive by Weds., Nov. 25.
